Terms and Conditions
All accommodation for less than eight weeks is paid in full 14 days prior to occupancy. Accommodation over eight weeks can be paid on four-weekly intervals and must be eight weeks in lieu.
Cancellation Policy/Refund Policy:
Outside of 28 days of your arrival date a full refund will apply, less a $150 admin fee. Inside of 28 days of your arrival date any cancelled days that are able to be re-booked will be refunded. 28 days’ notice is required to vacate earlier than your departure date. Should notice to vacate be given less than 28 days before, we will try to re-book and refund days that are replaced. Wyndel Apartments reserves the right to cancel any booking before or during the stay if any of the terms and conditions of accommodation and occupancy are breached.
Extensions to the vacation date will be granted subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, notice to extend should be given and paid for as early as possible.
For stays under 28 nights a deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. For stays of 28 days and over a maximum of 28 nights’ deposit is required to secure the booking. We request credit card details and sight ID on arrival. Any breakages, damages or extra cleaning will be charged to this card after departure if necessary.
Check In and Check Out Times:
Check in time is after 2.00pm and check out time is before 10.00am (unless alternative arrangements have been made). Unauthorised check out after 10.00am may incur additional charges.
A property manager will meet the occupant at the property with the keys on the check in date. Special arrangements can be made if the guest is arriving outside of normal working hours. Please contact the booking consultant a minimum of three days prior to arrival and departure to arrange for key collection and drop off.
The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and a cleaning fee is payable upon departure. The occupant agrees to keep the premises reasonably clean; an extra charge may be incurred if the occupant leaves the apartment in an extremely messy/dirty condition and causes a more than normal cleaning effort to be required after departure. Additional or weekly cleans can be arranged; charges apply.
Loss of or Damage to Keys and Security Cards:
In the event of the loss or damage of keys/security cards, the Guest agrees to pay the replacement costs. If the Guest locks themself out they be will charged a $150 call-out fee. (Please contact 0410628005 in the case of emergencies). If Wyndel staff are unavailable a locksmith will need to be arranged and the guest will need to pay the locksmith
directly (charges may vary). The occupant agrees not to alter locks or security devices without Wyndel’s permission.
Damages and Breakages:
The guest agrees to pay for damages caused to the premises beyond normal wear and tear, including breakages or loss of any furniture, fittings and/or equipment in the property, its common areas and/or its contents that is caused by the guest and/or their visitors.
The guest is responsible for the safe keeping of their belongings. Wyndel Apartments and its staff shall not be liable for any loss or damage relating to the occupant’s personal belongings.
All apartments are to be used for personal accommodation only. Parties or commercial use is strictly prohibited. The apartment is within a residential building therefore we ask that you respect the quiet enjoyment of the owners/residents of the building. Utilities: Electricity & gas are included in the accommodation charge. Fair use is included; if this is exceeded guests will be charged for the excess.
Number of Occupants:
The number of occupants must not exceed the number permitted on the reservation confirmation.
The keeping of pets within the apartment is strictly prohibited.
Wyndel Apartments or its agent has the right to conduct inspections, repairs or general property maintenance whilst the guest occupies the property, provided reasonable notice has been given.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms. Extra cleaning charges may be applied if this occurs.
To ensure service is available upon arrival, please arrange internet access prior to arrival. Extra charges apply.
Cable TV is available in most buildings. Please inquire as to availability and costs when booking or prior to your arrival. (Please note: it take up to two weeks for connection to take place in some cases).
All beds are fitted with clean linen and apartments are also given one spare set of clean linen per bed. Extra linen can be supplied at an additional charge.
